Please contact our Sales to get a special account to suit your needs. ◆What is the cost of Billing for Telleasy? • In order to keep provide high quality voice service for our customer, There is no free service in Telleasy system except call to the service number. • There are cheapest price RMB$0.001/per min between Telleasy number’s call . • You can call out to telephone worldwide by the lowest rates (see Remarks to rates). ◆How do I talk to my friend whom also using Telleasy? • Your friend needs to register as GW or SoftPone type ID, in order to receive incoming calls from other Telleasy user. pay attention to the Telleasy.PC2Phone number only can call out ,can’t call in. • If your friend did not register as such, please send an email to our support and we will add a numeric number associated to the Login ID to receive calls. ◆I lost my password. How can I retrieve it? • If you have forgotten your password, the only way to access your Telleasy account again is to have a new password code sent to the email address you used when you registered with Telleasy.(Send to service@telleasy.com) • After you request a new password code, you will receive an email to change your password. The code will be valid for 24 hours from the time of generation. If you do not use it within this timeframe, you will have to request another one. ◆What do I do if I registered an incorrect email address, or if I have a different email address now? • If you have forgotten your password, the only way to access your Telleasy account again is to have a new password code sent to the email address you used when you registered with Telleasy.(Send to service@telleasy.com) • If you registered with Telleasy using a different email address, or you gave us an incorrect one, you will need to contact our customer support with the following details. We will attempt to verify your account and make the appropriate changes. We will need: - Your billing address. - The date of your last purchase of a Telleasy product. - The last two phone numbers called using your Telleasy Credit. • If you didn’t enter your email address when registering, or provided us with an incorrect one, or if you haven't made any purchases with Telleasy, you will have to register for a new Telleasy account. ◆Why can't I sign into Telleasy? • There are a number of issues that can cause problems signing into Telleasy. • The first thing you should do is make sure you're using the correct Telleasy account and password. If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reminder. • If your password is correct but you' re still having trouble signing into Telleasy, you may be having connection problems. Try our Troubleshooter, or use the following checklist to help fix your connection problems: 1. Make sure you have the latest version of Telleasy. To check what version you have. 2. Close Telleasy. If you have a router, reboot your router. 3. If you are on a network that uses a proxy server, make sure your proxy settings are correct. To check proxy settings in Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings. To check proxy settings in Telleasy, 4. go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection. Check your firewall settings: - If you are using the Windows inbuilt firewall, click Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall, and make sure Don't Allow Exceptions is not ticked. - If you are using a different firewall, click Start > All Programs and select your firewall. Make sure that exceptions are allowed. Go to the Exceptions tab. If Telleasy is listed, delete it. Start Telleasy. When prompted, select Yes to allow Telleasy to connect to the internet. ◆How do I call phones and mobiles? To call phones and mobiles from Telleasy you will need to buy some Telleasy echargeable card. You can then simply type a phone number into the dial pad and hit enter or call. Important: Telleasy does not support calls to any emergency number nor emergency service (e.g. 211, 911, 999 etc). To perform calls of this type please make sure to use a landline or a cell/mobile phone. ◆Telleasy tells me the number I am trying to call is forbidden, why is that? • Unfortunately Telleasy does not support calls to all number ranges in every country. There is a number of premium priced or geographic/country specific numbers which are forbidden and cannot be reached using Telleasy at this time. • If the number you are calling is not supported we apologize for that and suggest that you use a different method to call that number. • Please send us the problem to service@telleasy.com. ◆If I call someone using Telleasy do they have to pay for the call? • The receiver of the call does not get charged any fees by Telleasy. • However, in some countries (the US for example) people pay for both incoming and outgoing calls on their mobile phones. To call a specific destination you need to have enough money to make a 1 minute call. Please check your account balance and the actual price for the destination you are calling. • If your balance has sufficient credit, then check the format of the phone number you're calling. See: How do I call phones and mobiles?. ◆Why did I get disconnected in the middle of a call? • It's possible that the call was inadvertently terminated. This might be due to a bad line connection or that your account balance may be depleted. Please check your account balance. • If you still have a positive balance, please try your calling later. |
